Tatty Bumpkins
From Autumn 2, Emily from Tatty Bumpkins Wharfedale delivers Yoga sessions for all our foundation children and Year 1 pupils. Every Wednesday the classes take it in turns, in small groups to take their shoes and socks off and get ready to go on a yoga adventure with Tatty Bumpkin, learning new yoga poses each week. These poses can also be practised at home. To access the poses, click on the week you need, and have a go!
Autumn 2: Orange term
